how much of an effect will this have on my weight?
this is my plan for however long is necessary. i’m planning to get down to 45-47kg. at present i weigh 55-56kg. i’m between 5′3″ and 5′4″ and i’m a 15 year old girl. i need to make this secretive because my parents think i don’t need to lose any weight but i DO.
breakfast: water
lunch: water
afternoon tea: 1 apple, i bowl porridge [because my mum will make me eat SOMETHING and porrdige only has 110 cals per bowl]
dinner: SMALL SERVE of whatever my family’s having.
snack if desperate: 1 or 2 carrots OR 1 nectarine
- i plan to run at least once a week for 1 hour [probably on a weekend day]
- i do ballet for 1-2 hours per week at the moment and will be returning to 4-5 hours in about three weeks time
PLEASE. no ads for acai berry or anything like that. I’d like to know if this plan will have effect and how long it will take me to lost the 10kg
Here is what will happen on this diet. You are going very low on calories which will decrease your metabolism. Your body will go in to starvation mode and will start to burn your muscles for fuel. (Muscles burn calories at rest and give you a good shape). When you start to eat normal again you will have a slower metabolism and lower amount of muscle…you will gain weight.
You don’t have to listen to me but I have been doing this for a very long time and know that you are going about it the wrong way.
